A partner since 1999, has a degree and a DESS postgraduate diploma in notarial law (from Panthéon Sorbonne – Paris I University).
Since 1985, he has worked for major law firms of notaries in Paris, primarily in the areas of planning law, construction, co-ownership and commercial law.
Patrice primarily helps clients (property developers, housing associations, etc.) set up legal projects and develop real property, corporate or financing projects by auditing various types of properties (offices, business premises, dwellings, etc.) with a view to their acquisition, sale or financing.

A partner since 2001, has a DESS postgraduate diploma in notarial law, a DESS diploma in real property law and construction law and a postgraduate diploma in notarial practice (from Panthéon Assas – Paris II University).
Since 1995, he has worked for major law firms of notaries in Paris, primarily in the areas of real property financing, co-ownership, real property development, construction and planning.
In particular, he helps organise and promote our Firm’s quality commitment to clients and to implement our Firm’s projects.
IIn addition, Laurent helps clients (property developers, investors, etc.) implement and organise legal due diligence operations and in the structuring of complex real property projects.

Christopher has been a partner since 2003 and has a DESS postgraduate diploma in notarial law (from Panthéon Assas – Paris II University) and a postgraduate diploma in notarial practice (from Panthéon Assas – Paris II University).
Christopher has worked for major firms in Paris since 1995, primarily on matters concerning real estate law, co-ownership, property development, town planning and local and national authorities.
He works especially for companies that manage regulated undertakings (SCPIs and OPCIs) in connection with the purchase and sale of real estate (including clinics, offices, retail parks, warehouses, hotels, commercial premises, holiday accommodation and old people’s homes) and the disposal of shares in companies, as well as for national and regional property developers, and advises national and local authorities on the valuation of their assets and the drafting of their property disposal policy.
